Delivery
Please allow 2 to 5 working days for local delivery and 5 to 14 working days for International delivery upon receipt of payment. This is not a guarantee but a strong expectation. While we make every effort to have all merchandise in stock, there may be times when we are out of stock. You will be notified by email of any delay.
Delivery Charges
S$4 Delivery charges is applicable for addresses within Singapore.
All deliveries within Singapore are sent via Singapore Post as Registered Article. SingPost will deliver the Registered Article to the given dispatch address. If nobody is home, you will have to collect the Registered Article at the Post Office. Should the Registered Article be unclaimed and returned to us, another delivery charge will apply.
Registered Article Tracker
When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with a Registered Article (RA) No. and Month, Year of Posting. To check the status of your order, Click here
International Delivery
International deliveries will have additional charges to cover shipping, handling and insurance. We charge you the shipping, handling and insurance charges that Fedex or your preferred shipper charges us. We do not add additional shipping charges to your order. We are not responsible for customs confiscation, customs fees or customs taxes. The shipment manifest will state "Plastic Novelty/Novelties".
Self Collection
You can also self collect the products on every Monday, from 8:30PM to 9:00PM at Commonwealth MRT Taxi Stand (Next to Church) or 5 Portsdown Road. The delivery charge of S$4 will be waived if you collect on the above stated day and time.
You can also make an appointment with us to collect your products at Commonwealth MRT Taxi Stand (Next to Church) at your preferred timing. However, the delivery charge of S$4 will be applicable.
Packaging
We respect our customers' needs for discretion. All orders are shipped discreetly in a plain envelope or box. The sender address labels simply states "ANS" along with our address.
Gift Wrapping Services
S$1.50 to S$5 is applicable for gift wrapping services. If you would like to add comments like "HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARLING", please remember to include it in the comments section.
